Who Parity is for

Parity is a quant trading interview preparation platform for adult learners. We plan to serve customers worldwide, subject to applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.

When accounts become available, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use your own account. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Educational purpose

The course provides educational interview preparation. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not guarantee an interview, employment, interview performance or trading results.

External practice links lead to independent third-party resources. Those resources have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. A reference does not give you a licence to reproduce another publisher’s content.

Planned course access

At launch, lessons 01–03 and their exercises are planned to be public. A free account will provide access through lesson 19, saved progress, and Level 0–1 quizzes and problem lists. Pro will provide all 70 lessons, all eight chapter quizzes and four Python labs displayed as code.

Access to paid content depends on an active entitlement. A subscription provides access for its applicable period; it is not a purchase of the course copyright or a promise of lifetime access.

Personal use and acceptable use

You may use course materials made available to you for your own interview preparation. This permission is personal and non-transferable. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or publish the course materials or share paid account access without our permission, except where applicable law permits it.

Do not bypass access controls, attempt to obtain other people’s data or restricted answer keys, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access for misuse where permitted by law, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights.

Planned subscriptions and renewal

Pro is planned at USD $19 billed monthly or USD $99 billed annually. Subscriptions will renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. There are no free trials. Any applicable taxes and the total payable will be disclosed before purchase.

Before taking payment, we will present the applicable price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms and obtain the required agreement to recurring charges. Publishing these terms does not create a subscription or authorise a charge.

Cancellation and refunds

When subscriptions launch, cancellation instructions will be provided before purchase and through account billing. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, unless an applicable statutory cancellation or remedy requires a different result.

Parity does not offer voluntary customer refunds. This policy is subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, including any right to withdraw, cancel, or receive a remedy for content or services that do not meet legal requirements.

Cancelling a renewal is different from requesting a refund. See the Refund policy for details. Accessing a lesson does not by itself establish that a statutory withdrawal right has been waived.

Privacy, changes and your rights

The Privacy policy explains current website and support data handling and identifies planned processing. We will update the policies as the service develops and provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections in your country of residence may apply regardless of where Twinleaf LLC is registered. Contact support with questions or complaints.
